The MeadowCreek neighborhood is a much sought after area, north of town. This area is the newest tract of homes in Bishop. Built between the late 1970's and early 1990's, this area is a favorite of young families and those looking for modern conveniences. Most homes range is size from 1300 to 2100 sq ft.

The Barlow Lane area is west of Downtown Bishop, where many custom homes are located. This area offers larger properties with creeks and ponds on many of the parcels. Beautiful views and space is what captures the heart of most of its residents. Most homes range in size from 1500 to 2800 sq ft.

If you are looking for an alpine location, the landscape of Aspendell/Habeggars is stunning. Bishop Creek runs year round and snow is common in winter months. The elevation of these communities is between 8000 and 8500 ft.

Big Pine is located 14 miles south of Bishop on Highway 395. The ultimate in small town living, Big Pine is a community of 1400 residents. It is a bedroom community to Bishop, located right at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, views are abundant.

Mustang Mesa/Paradise/Round Valley/Swall Meadows is north on Highway 395 between 9 and 17 miles from Bishop, with great views of the majestic Sierra Nevada. The properties in this area draw equestrian lovers and outdoor enthusiasts.

Wilkerson/Chalfant Valley-These two areas are at opposite ends of Bishop. The Wilkerson community is 3 miles south of town, and Chalfant Valley is north on Highway 6 about 11 miles. Both areas offer horse property and a more rural feel. Beautiful mountain views surround each of these neighborhoods.
